These Terms of Service govern your use of the MadnessAlive website, accounts, game server, downloads, community features, and related services. By using MadnessAlive, you agree to follow these Terms and the applicable game rules.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information where requested, keeping your login credentials secure, and controlling access to your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Acceptable Use

You must not use MadnessAlive to attack, disrupt, exploit, defraud, harass, impersonate others, distribute malicious software, gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or violate applicable law. Game-specific conduct may also be governed by the MadnessAlive Rules.

3. Cheats, Bots, Exploits and Abuse

Unauthorized automation, cheating, abuse of vulnerabilities, manipulation of game systems, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, account suspension, account deletion, or other measures considered appropriate for protecting the service and community.

4. Virtual Accounts, Characters and Items

Accounts, characters, currencies, items, points, rankings, and other game-related elements are part of the MadnessAlive service. They do not represent bank deposits or legal currency. MadnessAlive may modify game balance, statistics, items, rewards, mechanics, or server configuration when necessary for gameplay, maintenance, security, or administration.

5. Donations and Payments

MadnessAlive may offer optional payments or donations connected with game benefits or services. Before making a payment, review the description of what is provided and any payment-provider terms that apply. Payment disputes, reversals, fraud, or misuse may lead to review or restriction of the related account.

6. Downloads and Software

Game clients and related files are provided for use with MadnessAlive. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and software environment. Do not redistribute modified files as official MadnessAlive software or use MadnessAlive downloads for malicious purposes.

7. Service Availability

MadnessAlive may be unavailable temporarily because of maintenance, attacks, hosting problems, updates, technical failures, resets, or other operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Enforcement

MadnessAlive may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable measures to protect the website, game server, community, infrastructure, or other users. Enforcement decisions may consider the nature, seriousness, history, and impact of the conduct.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links, advertisements, payment services, Discord integrations, or other content provided by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. MadnessAlive is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its control.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MadnessAlive is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Users should keep their own devices, credentials, and personal information secure.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated when the service, rules, business practices, or legal requirements change. Continued use of MadnessAlive after an updated version becomes effective may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law.
